We are a Supply Nation certified, Indigenous owned and operated business, with an experienced team delivering projects with utmost safety and efficiency. Our personnel have extensive knowledge and expertise in operating heavy machinery for the civil construction, bulk earthworks and agricultural industries for over 15 years. We provide our services to government, industry and residential clients, with great working relationships with Traditional Owners across WA.

Marcus Tuia
Director & Operator
Marcus is a proud Aboriginal Yamatji man descending from Wajarri-Nanda people in Central Western Australia.
Marcus has been a highly regarded heavy machinery operator for over 15 years, working on some of the largest civil construction projects throughout Regional Western Australia. Over this time, he has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in both the civil construction and bulk earthworks industries. With this background, he and his partner Abby Henley established Civworx Contracting in July 2020.
They’re now able to confidently provide their specialist skills and capabilities to large contractors in the Civil Construction Industry.
Abby Henley
Office Manager & HSEQ
Consultant Abby brings a unique skill set to Civworx Contracting with nationally accredited certification in work health and safety, as well as over 15 years’ experience operating a wide range of heavy machinery in both Agriculture, and Civil Construction.
With over 10 years’ experience in many organisational environments, Abby’s strong administration background provides excellent support to Civworx business management side; with finance, logistics, tendering, HSEQ compliance, marketing, and general bookkeeping responsibilities.
This ensures Marcus is focused on the job at hand when out in the field working on major projects.
